What to expect

We are pleased to invite you to our Think Lab on Living Wages. The sessions will take place on 7 November 2025 and 22 January 2026 at Industriens Hus, Copenhagen, from 09:00–13:00 followed by a networking lunch from 13:00–14:00.

Kindly note that attendance at both Think Lab sessions is required and binding, as your full participation is essential for us to create a well-designed and impactful peer-learning experience.

In collaboration with the Living Wage Foundation (LWF), this forum brings together companies at different stages of their living wage journey. In the Think Lab we will explore living wages as an investment in people, society, and business, while qualifying approaches for how to take the first actionable steps or move forward from where you are. We will also dive into the practicalities of living wage implementation: from methodologies and calculations in specific contexts to how companies engage with suppliers or build internal strategies and processes.

In the first session, we build the foundation; it provides a safe space for both beginners and more advanced participants to learn and share experiences, challenges, and practices, while ensuring relevance and value across all experience levels.

Key topics include:

  • Why living wages matter
  • Minimum wage vs living wage
  • What makes up a living wage
  • Methodologies and tools
  • Challenges and opportunities towards implementation

Session 2 will be a deep dive based on selected participant themes. More information will follow.

Please register via the link below no later than 23 September 2025. If you indicated in the survey that two colleagues from your company will join, please forward the registration link to them.

Keep up with our work.

Stay connected.
