What to expect

We look forward to welcoming you back for the second session of our Think Lab on Living Wages. Building on the foundation laid in Session 1 on November 7th 2025, Session 2 will take place on January 22nd 2026, at Vartov, Copenhagen, from 08:30-13:00 followed by a networking lunch from 13:00-14:00. This session will allow us to deepen our exploration of living wage themes and continue our peer-learning journey.

In collaboration with the Living Wage Foundation (LWF), this forum brings together companies at different stages of their living wage journey. In the Think Lab we will explore living wages as an investment in people, society, and business, while qualifying approaches for how to take the first actionable steps or move forward from where you are. We will also dive into the practicalities of living wage implementation: from methodologies and calculations in specific contexts to how companies engage with suppliers or build internal strategies and processes.

In the first session, we built a foundation for understanding living wages, creating a safe space for participants to share experiences and challenges. We covered key topics such as the importance of living wages, the difference between minimum and living wage, what makes up a living wage, and the tools and challenges involved in implementation.

Session 2 will be a deep dive based on selected participant themes. More information will follow in mid-January 2026.
