Leading Sustainability, Thomas and the team are charged with ensuring that Novonesis delivers on its sustainability ambition to be People. Planet. Positive. This entails developing and following through on commitments to lead and operate its business sustainably, building a stronger and more resilient company for the future. Simultaneously, the team at Novonesis is responsible for developing Novonesis’ customer narrative and documentation to accelerate commercial engagement on the topic of sustainability to help its customers win and differentiate Novonesis in the global competition.

Thomas brings over 15 years of experience from Novonesis in Finance, Investor Relations and Sales leadership in Europe, USA, and Asia. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
